Whale trainer Dawn (40) was killed by an Orca after she slipped and fell into the the tank at Florida's SeaWorld amusement park. She was one of the parks most experienced animal trainers having spent 16 years there. The incident happened just before a public performance started and by a whale who had a a contraversial past. Tillikum "Tilly" was blamed for the drowning of one of his trainers in 1991, and the body of another man was found lying on the whales back in 1999.
