Raewyn (53) lost control of her car and drove into the Ngunguru River. Passing motorists raced into the river and tried to drag her from her car but were unsuccessful. After a truck driver with a hoist pulled the car from the water, desperate attempts to resuscitate her failed. She died at the scene.
