Both one year Jack and his father, Christopher (51), tragically died following a vehicle crash in Auckland. Their car collided with a bus in Mt Eden and Christopher died that day, Jack and his sister were rushed to hospital and sadly Jack died in hospital three days later. Tobin, Christopher Francis (51)
