Geoff (41) was on his way to get a takeaway meal for his family when he lost control of his car and became trapped between the vehicle and a wall. The freak accident happened while he was reversing out of his garage and could have resulted from a open car door catching on the garage door framing and throwing him out of the car, he died at the scene.
