Abby (41) died in a Bali Hospital after falling ill while on her second honeymoon. She contracted acute respiratory distress syndrome and septicemia following bowel surgery. Her plight involved over 5 weeks in hospital, three in an induced coma, when she sadly passed away. A GIve a Little page was created and supported by thousands of New Zealander's who had hoped she could be bought home to recover. Her death is a tragedy. She is survivied by her husband, son and daughter.
