Student pilot, 64-year-old Patricia, died doing what she loved to do. Sadly her 27-year-old instructor Jessica Neeson from Flight Training Manawatu also died when their plane collided with another in mid-air. The other pilot managed to land his aircraft despite having a dead engine and missing a wheel.
