Sir Ngatata Lov e (81) was a powerful Maori figure in the early 1980's. He was also a Professor and was former chief exectuive of the Ministry of Maori Development as was as chairperson of the Wellington Tenths Trust and Port Nicholson Block Settlement Trust.
