Henry (40) turned his life around by becomng a multisport competitor who had competed in the Taupo Ironman event four-times and in two IronMaori triathlons. He had once been overweight and unfit but through his sport became an inspirational role model to many. He had been unwell for a number of days leading up to his unexpected death in hospital. He is survived by his wife and daughter.
