Former Junior Kiwis rugby league prop Dana (28) was involved in a fatal car crash in the UK. Dana, a skilled prop, was a member of Swinton Lions and had played in the UK for six years. He had previously played for NZ in the under 16 and 18 teams before becoming a Cook Islands International representative and played for them in the 2006 World Cup.
He is survived by his wife and three children.
