Tamaki (24) was a talented musician with a big laugh but he sadly died at the Waitematā DHB's He Puna Waiora mental health unit, He had suffered Fetal Alchol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) which is an incurable syndrome transmitted during preganancy and this affected his mental development and wellbeing. Sadly he had spent three years living in mental health units. RIP Tamaki,
