Seventeen year old Ocean was tragically found dead on Main North Road, Otorohanga on a Sunday morning with injuries consistent with being hit by a vehicle.
Police would like to hear from anyone who has information about this incident or who may have witnessed any collisions on Main North Road (SH 3) between 3am and 7am Sunday morning.
