Deanna (17 months) was playing at her family home when a brick wall, little more than 1m high, fell on her. The tragedy happened over Easter weekend and despite frantic efforts by family and emergency crew she was unable to be revived. The wall, which was part of the property boundary, was described as very old with dry and brittle mortar holding it together.
