Sanele (17) was struck by a car after he stepped off a bus in Auckland after the Rugby World Cup final. The accident happened on Great North Rd, Point Chevalier in the early hours of the morning after the final game. His two younger brothers were also present. The former Avondale College student was the oldest of six and has been described as funny ("a joker") yet quiet and shy ("humble and honest"). The police ask that anyone with information should contact Constable Mark Rodgers on (09) 359 3116.
