20-year-old Sean died metres from the Paraparaumu police station after being stabbed to death following an altercation near the Kapiti Lights carpark. The tragedy follows another violent death in the same area just five weeks earlier when 17 year-old Izak Millanta was beaten unconscious by two people in an alleyway. Both men are being mourned by the same group of friends.
